Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested Nasya Duvall, 25, of Baltimore, in connection with the Sept. 27 shooting in the 2500 block of Greenmount Avenue that left a 49-year-old man critically injured.

During the course of the investigation, North District investigators were able to obtain surveillance footage of the shooting. Using surveillance evidence, district detectives along with officers from the Northern District Action Team were able to positively identify the shooter as Duvall based on previous arrests.

A warrant for Duvall's arrest was approved and obtained on September 30, and on October 1, Warrant Apprehension investigators arrested Duvall without incident at a residence in the 1700 block of Cliftview Avenue.

Duvall was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.

Duvall is currently being recorded without a deposit.
