Man with Fake ID Arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Underage/Under the Influence

Bowling Green police were patrolling the 100 block of East Court Street on Saturday when they observed a man violently vomiting on city Lot 1.

Around 2 a.m., officers approached the man, identified as Mitchell Temple, 20, Van Wert.

According to the Bowling Green Police Division report, officers asked Temple for his driver's license. Temple then ran east on East Court Street.

According to the report, Temple was ordered by officers to stop several times but continued to run before being arrested in the 100 block of East Wooster Street.

Officers searched Temple and found a fictitious Indiana driver's license. Temple's real driver's license was also found, according to the report.

Temple told officers he had consumed four alcoholic drinks and admitted he used his fictitious Indiana license to purchase alcohol. According to the report, Temple had a strong odor of alcohol and shiny eyes.

Temple was arrested for disorderly conduct/drunk, inability to care for himself, underage/under the influence of alcohol, obstructing official business and making false statements to obtain alcohol. He was taken to prison.
