Bank of America Nationwide Issues Reported by LA Customers – NBC Los Angeles

Bank of America users in Los Angeles and locations across the U.S. reported problems accessing mobile and online banking accounts on Wednesday.

After logging in, some users received a message that some accounts and funds were temporarily unavailable. Several customers left comments on Bank of America's Facebook page saying they had problems accessing their accounts.

Some reported seeing a zero balance.

The website DownDetector reported a dramatic increase in outages on Wednesday morning. The outage tracking website received tens of thousands of outage reports from users by mid-morning.

Issues have also been reported by users in New York, Chicago, Seattle and cities.

NBCLA has reached out to Bank of America for comment. Details about the cause of the outage were not immediately available.
