Five injured after two-vehicle crash Tuesday in Lynchburg

A teenager is in critical condition

LYNCHBURG, Va. — Five people were injured, including a juvenile who suffered life-threatening injuries, following a two-vehicle crash on Langhorne Road Tuesday, according to the Lynchburg Police Department.

LPD said they responded to the accident at 8:49 p.m. and when first responders arrived they found five people with injuries. One was transported to Carilion Hospital in Roanoke and the other four sustained non-life-threatening injuries and are receiving appropriate medical attention.

According to authorities, LPD is conducting a thorough investigation into the incident.
