MLB playoff results today and wild card highlights

The 2024 MLB postseason heats up on Wednesday with Game 2's wild card round slate. That’s right, it’s another day of baseball action.

And because baseball is the best, we are already participating in elimination games. While the Detroit Tigers, Kansas City Royals, New York Mets and San Diego Padres are coming off wins on Tuesday, the Houston Astros, Baltimore Orioles, Milwaukee Brewers and Atlanta Braves are all facing possible offseason elimination.
