Jersey Shore Angelina Pivarnick pleads guilty to disorderly conduct following a domestic violence incident

Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, Us weekly can confirm that.

Pivarnick, 38, appeared in Freehold Township Municipal Court on Tuesday, Oct. 1, months after a domestic violence incident occurred at her home in June. The MTV reality star has a disorderly conduct charge conditionally dismissed. Us can confirm that. If Pivarnick completes probation within the next year, the guilty plea will be removed from her record.

Pivarnick's attorney could not be reached for comment.

Us reported in August that Pivarnick had called police to the home she shares with her fiancé in Freehold, New Jersey Vinny Tortorellaafter a domestic violence incident. Pivarnick's lawyer, James Leonard Jr.confirmed that she called the police after something happened, but did not provide any details.

“I can confirm that Angelina did indeed call the police to her home. After speaking with officers, Angelina decided not to press charges,” the statement said. “This matter is now closed. In the future, Angelina would ask for privacy when it comes to her personal life.”

The lawyer also did not confirm the date of the incident.

Tortorella's lawyer, Elizabeth Rozin GolinderIn a statement, he said that he and Pivarnick were still engaged and living together Page six after the incident. Tortorella “denies any inappropriate action that would justify police intervention and denies that domestic violence occurred,” the statement continued.

Jersey Shore Fans were introduced to Tortorella during an episode of the MTV reality show in September 2022. He proposed to Pivarnick during an episode that aired last April in which the stars celebrated co-star Vinny Guadagnino's birthday.

“Many things in life are not guaranteed, but since I met you, I have learned that love for you is guaranteed for the rest of my life,” Tortorella said during his proposal. “If there is something beyond life, I want us to love each other and do everything – good, bad, small, big – I will always have your back. I know you'll have my back. I want to grow old with you, I want to experience everything with you. I don’t want to experience it with anyone else – together, as a unit.”

Tortorella's marriage proposal came a day after Pivarnick finalized her divorce from her ex-husband Chris Larangeira.

Pivarnick and Larangeira married in November 2019. She filed for divorce in January 2021, and a year later Larangeira filed his own paperwork. Their divorce was finalized in May 2022.
