A lawyer has claimed that a video featuring the disgraced music mogul and another celebrity has been “leaked”.

The legal representative for several alleged victims, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, claimed that she received information about an ap****graphic video showing Diddy and someone “known as Mr. Combs.”

In conversation with News NationAriel revealed that she “declined” to receive the tape after being approached about “selling one of the Diddy tapes.”

The lawyer claimed she had seen “still images” of the video and not the entire clip, saying: “I can confirm that it exists, that it is real and that the other person is clearly visible in the video.” There is no doubt whether it is the person in the video.”

She continued: “There have already been leaks of cassettes in Hollywood that have been shopped around, but a particular person contacted me to purchase a particular video.”

“I can say that the video was p****graphic. This was at his home in Atlanta and it appears the person is not watching the video. It doesn't look to me like this person knew they were being filmed,” Ariel added.

“It did not appear that they were actively involved in the video recording. It seemed like they were being secretly recorded,” she concluded.
