A man convicted of killing a 13-year-old girl in a drunken driving accident in Pembroke, Massachusetts, is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday. Gregory Goodsell, 36, was under the influence of drugs and alcohol in 2019 when he was speeding through the area in Pembroke, running a red light and crashing into another car. Claire Zisserson was killed in the accident, Claire's mother and a friend, also 13 years old at the time, were seriously injured. Police said Goodsell admitted he left a company Christmas party and had been drinking and using cocaine before the accident. Goodsell was found guilty of second-degree murder last month.

Police said Goodsell admitted he left a company Christmas party and had been drinking and using cocaine before the accident.

Goodsell was found guilty of second-degree murder last month.
