Jennifer Aniston sets the record straight by owning Ziploc of Therapist's Ashes

Jennifer Aniston has confirmed that she owns a Ziploc bag containing her late therapist's ashes – although she's tight-lipped about revealing further details publicly.

The Friends alum appeared on Wednesday's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! to promote her new picture book, Clydeo takes a bite out of life.

Host Jimmy Kimmel took the opportunity to playfully question the actress about a number of tabloid headlines written about her in the past, including a magazine cover headlined “The Truth About Jen and Barack.”

The article in question claimed that Aniston, 55, had developed a close friendship with former President Barack Obama. Aniston told Kimmel that she had only met Obama “once” as the two laughed at the headline.

Kimmel then asked Aniston to confirm or deny other rumors, including one that she has “a Ziploc bag with your dead therapist's ashes.”

In response, Aniston gasped and, after a long pause, said, “Can I refer to that?” [Fifth]?”

“That's a little bit true, isn't it?” Kimmel asked, prompting his guest to confirm: “It's a little bit true.”

“Oh, I'm going to sound like I really need a therapist after this,” Aniston added, sparking laughter from the studio audience. The star refrained from revealing any further details.

Elsewhere, Aniston dismissed claims that she “installed a $4,000 anti-aging water filter for her dogs” in her home and has a “black belt in ju-jitsu.” However, she did admit to having a salmon sperm facial, carrying a jar of olives with her when traveling abroad and once being approached naked in the sauna for a selfie.

When Aniston was asked about claims that her family would make her “belly dance” every Christmas Eve, she replied: “Not just on Christmas Eve… Any kind of family dinner… It's like what you would say to your child : 'Play' “Piano for everyone” or “Let's sing for everyone.”

“I get so scared when my friends do this to their kids because I have internal trauma from having to belly dance and dance for my Greek aunts, uncles and grandmothers,” Aniston added. “I get it.”

Sharing more insight into her childhood in New York City, Aniston also told Kimmel about her unsuccessful attempt to meet Duran Duran singer Simon Le Bon after learning his band would be performing there Saturday Night Live.

“I was in love with Duran Duran,” she told Kimmel. “I mean, like I was an official 'Durany,' as they called her, and Simon Le Bon was everything.”

“I was even camping out outside their hotel one night… They showed up at a video store to sign copies of the latest album or whatever. So my girlfriend and I showed up at 5 a.m. with a rose, and then we wait, and that line is already around the corner. [We waited] There all day until around 4 p.m. And then they closed the gates because it was getting really loud. And so we couldn't go in.

“So [we took] our hanging roses, and we went back to our house. And then they showed up SNL that night. And you know, they always say, “Guests of.” Saturday Night Live stay in this hotel”, which is not the case. We went there to meet them on the way home from their gig, but they never showed up.

However, a few years later, Aniston finally met Le Bon. “Simon, I actually got to interview him interview Magazine,” Aniston said, before joking, “I had to tell him how he ruined my childhood.”
