Telangana CM launches journalist Saye Sekhar's book – Witty Leaks'

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy released senior journalist A. Saye Sekhar's memoirs on Thursday, October 3.

The book with the title “Funny Leaks” is a compilation of stories – memoirs – of Saye Sekhar since he began his career as a journalist with the Eenadu Telugu daily in 1988.

The book brings together a lighter side of celebrities including several CMs of undivided Andhra Pradesh and CMs of post-austerity Andhra and Telangana.

NT Rama Rao, Marri Channa Reddy, Nedurumalli Janardhana Reddy, Kotla Vijayabhaskara Reddy, N Chandrababu Naidu, Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy, K Rosaiah, N Kiran Kumar Reddy, YS Jaganmohan Reddy, K Chandrashekar Rao and A Revanth Reddy are some of the prominent political leaders , which are mentioned in the book.

Apart from the CMs of Telugu states, Saye Sekhar has also covered leaders including late Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao, late Karnataka Chief Minister S Bangarappa, former ITC Chairman Yogi Deveshwar and many others.

Saye Sekhar took to X to express his thoughts and wrote, “It's a big day for me. It’s a life event.”

About the content of “Witty Leaks” he wrote: “The events covered are mostly interesting anecdotes that put a smile on the readers' faces; Some of the stories like NTR’s death were poignant.”
