“Don’t I have beautiful salmon skin?”

Jennifer Aniston isn't afraid of little beauty experiments.

The “Morning Show” actress appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” to clear up a few rumors – including one that she tried a salmon sperm facial in search of younger-looking skin.

“I did,” Aniston confirmed with a laugh. “But let me explain to you: It's not like, how do you get sperm out of salmon? It was kind of unclear. I just took the woman's word for it and said, 'Sure!'”

The Friends favorite then shed some light on how the unique treatment was received, explaining that it involves a microneedle to “push in” the key ingredient.

“Don’t I look like a salmon? “Don’t I have beautiful salmon skin?” she asked, laughing.

Aniston previously shared her beauty confession in a WSJ interview, saying she will try “almost anything” to turn back the clock.

She recalled meeting a beautician who suggested she try the standard treatment.

“First I said, ‘Are you serious? How do you get salmon sperm?'” Aniston told the outlet in the August 2023 interview.

She wasn't entirely convinced that the fish facial, which supposedly boosts collagen and increases cell turnover, was worth it.

Shortly after Aniston shared her salmon sperm facial experience, Kim Kardashian admitted to trying it too.

“I got a salmon sperm facial where salmon sperm was injected into my face,” Kardashian told her mother Kris Jenner on a July 2024 episode of “The Kardashians.”

Kardashian did not elaborate on the experience or results of the treatment.

And while it's unclear whether Aniston has ever returned for a second fish facial, she has shared many of her beauty and skin care secrets in the past.

Not only does she get treatments from celebrity esthetician Shani Darden, but she also swears by the pro's own line of products, including her signature Retinol Reform ($89).

As chief creative officer of Vital Proteins, she has also made the company's Collagen Peptides ($27) part of her daily routine.

And the longtime Aveeno ambassador's Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion ($14) was also named an essential. Dr. Hauschka Lip Balm ($17), Mario Badescu Drying Lotion ($18) and the Jillian Dempsey Gold Bar ($195) as essentials.

Whatever she's doing, it's clearly working.
