Rashee Rice's mother is accused of theft months before the alleged package robbery

The alleged theft of a neighbor's package on Sunday was not the first time Rashee RiceHis mother was accused of theft this year…she was actually arrested on similar charges in the spring.

TMZ Sports learned… Marsha Kearney was arrested and booked with a misdemeanor count of receiving property valued at least $100 but less than $750 – after it was alleged she took a pile of household items from a man on March 27.

Court documents we obtained show prosecutors allege she stole 40 items from the man – “including food, cups, laundry detergent, merchandise and socks.”

Kearney actually went before a judge on the matter … although a court official told us the case was finally dismissed on June 4 – after she met some unspecified conditions.

It's unclear whether Kearney will face additional criminal charges for her alleged theft on Sunday at an apartment complex in Texas … where a neighbor has alleged so I captured it on video Raise two limited editions Chappell Roan Vinyls from her porch.

Police told us they are currently investigating the matter.
