Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6: Price, release date, features and more

Samsung's annual update to its foldable phone line over the summer brought the Galaxy Z Flip 6, a new model that promises longer durability, a more powerful chipset and new AI features. But something else has changed from Samsung's previous foldable flip phone models – how much you'll pay for this version.

It's the latter point that's likely to attract the most attention from potential buyers, who will need to pony up at least $1,099 if they want the Galaxy Z Flip 6, compared to the Galaxy Z Flip's $999 starting price 6 Galaxy Z Flip 5. However, Samsung points out that the new version of the Flip is more powerful than ever thanks not only to Qualcomm's latest system-on-chip, but also a range of new Galaxy AI features.
