Nikki Garcia A restraining order was placed against the estranged husband Artem Chigvintsev.

The 40-year-old former WWE star filed for a temporary restraining order earlier this week along with an affidavit detailing alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of the 42-year-old professional dancer, and her request was granted, reports say TMZ.

According to the publication Nikki says he “assaulted me multiple times and pinned me to the ground while our child was present.”
