Wendy's introduces new SpongeBob Krabby Patty Burger and Frosty

The new flavor follows previous treats Strawberry, Pumpkin Spice, Peppermint, Orange Dreamsicle and Triple Berry Frosty.

COLORADO, USA – Move over, strawberry, pumpkin spice, peppermint, vanilla, orange dreamsicle frosty and triple berry frosty. Wendy's has introduced a brand new Frosty flavor.

Wendy's announced its Krabby Patty collab on Wednesday to celebrate the 25th anniversary of “SpongeBob SquarePants.”

The menu collaboration with Paramount includes a Krabby Patty Kollab Burger and Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty.

“In a world where people go all out, Wendy's is known for quality in everything we do – from our fresh, famous food to collaborations with brands our fans love,” said Lindsay Radkoski, US chief marketing Officer of The Wendy's Company. “That’s why it makes sense that two of pop culture’s most iconic spots are joining forces to bring fans of all ages a taste of this unique, limited-time experience to life.”

The new Burger and Frosty will be available nationwide in the US, Canada and Guam starting Tuesday, October 8th.

Pineapple under the frosty sea

Made with Wendy's classic Vanilla Frosty with a pineapple-mango flavored puree swirl, Wendy's Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty is a “first-of-its-kind Frosty flavor innovation.”

Krabby Patty Collab Burger

Wendy's Krabby Patty consists of a quarter pound of beef, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and a shrimp kolab sauce on a toasted bun.


The Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty joins the classic Chocolate Frosty on the Wendy's menu this fall, replacing the Triple Berry Frosty.

Last year, Wendy's brought back its Strawberry Frosty in May, followed by the Pumpkin Spice Frosty in September and the Peppermint Frosty in November. This year the dessert range included the returning Vanilla Frosty in January, the Orange Dreamsicle in March and the Triple Berry Frosty in June.
