4 Atlanta Falcons who should take the blame for the sputtering offense

Tyler Allgeier has been Atlanta's best rushing attacker and is capable of creating more space. This is the reality of what the numbers and your eyes will tell you. Allgeier fights for every inch and creates space when the teams should actually have him dead. Robinson has made a handful of big plays but is often stopped right at the line of scrimmage.

Blame was assumed for Atlanta's run blocking or Zac Robinson's scheme. Another year and another set of excuses for a back that still doesn't live up to expectations. This is the same offensive line and OC calling plays when Allgeier runs the football and the results are completely different. Atlanta's starting running back should be held to a higher standard and be able to make more big plays.

It seems that every broadcast talks about Bijan and his ability to create the big game in glowing terms. Where are they? For a player that should be so elite, the results are surprisingly average. The talent is there, we don't question that in any way. However, it's only fair to point out that this is the second season in a row where the hype has outweighed the production so far.
