The Queen Mary's Dark Harbor returns to Long Beach!

After four long years comes the highly anticipated return of The Queen Mary's Dark Harbor is finally here and the revival of this popular event does not disappoint. Dark Harbor caused fear and terror for over a decade. As the fog descends on Long Beach this year, spirits rise, giving Southern California horror enthusiasts exactly what they've been waiting for.

From 2010 to 2019, Dark Harbor captivated residents of Long Beach and beyond, providing a Halloween experience like no other. Now the haunted ship comes to life once again, welcoming the bravest souls to enjoy a spooky night aboard the ship and in the surrounding harbor. This year's event seamlessly combines Dark Harbor's legacy with the high-caliber production we regularly see from Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group. Organizers have announced the return of fan-favorite mazes, iconic characters, breathtaking entertainment, and many new surprises that will debut this Halloween season.

Three labyrinths will be aboard the ship this year, and they don't hold back on the scares. This year's interpretation of Lullaby brings a completely new path with completely new sets. This maze gives us a walk across the bridge over the boiler room and a rare look into the historic first class pool, ending with a finale never before seen in a Dark Harbor maze.

Firmly is back! But this year we get a reimagined prequel that shows us the story of The Butcher and his rise to chef status. This maze contains new scenes and a new finale.

The last labyrinth on board is Infirmarywhich introduces us to a brand new character, the Surgeon. This unexpected storyline has never been explored before and it doesn't work alone. His accomplice is none other than Graceful Gale, who now has her own labyrinth for the first time since 2017.

In the harbor, The ringmaster is back with her crazy circus. This maze is completely new, but also includes fan favorites from the past like the ball pits. Also in the harbor is another new maze, Breakout. This labyrinth continues the story of Samuel the Wild, who was dragged from cabin B340 to a seaside prison. But he escaped and now you are on the run too. This vast labyrinth blends seamlessly into the existing English village, creating the urgency and intensity of an escape through a real seaside village. No spoilers, but the finale of this maze is a new take on a fan-favorite experience that is sure to leave fans terrified.

Secret Bars are also back, but with a new interpretation. Called now Speakasiesthese secret bars are hidden in and around Dark Harbor attractions. Her whereabouts are a mystery, but the mysterious Lady Mabel, another new character on DH, could point you in the right direction if you meet her for an astrology reading. Rumor has it that speakeasies will change throughout the season, but no one knows for sure since these hidden bars don't appear on any maps.

This year's event delivers on the promise of bringing back the best elements of the past while adding new and innovative experiences and attractions.
