Olivia Rodrigo “Guts” Concert Special Coming to Netflix

Olivia Rodrigo has announced a concert special coming to Netflix on October 29th.

The streamer will broadcast the “Vampire” pop star's performance from her “Guts” world tour from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.

“I am very excited to share the GUTS World Tour with my fans,” Rodrigo said in a statement. “For those of you who didn’t get a chance to rock out in person, now you can grab the best seats in the house! And to the fans who cheered, screamed and danced with me: I’m so glad we got to do it again!”

Rodrigo's “Guts” tour in support of her second album of the same name began in February 2024 and runs through March 2025. Opening acts included the Breeders, Remi Wolf and Chappell Roan. “Guts,” the album, followed Rodrigo’s debut “Sour” (which made her famous with songs like “Drivers License” and “Good 4 U”) with even punkier pop hits: “All-American Bitch,” “Bad idea right ?” and “Get Him Back!”, to name just a few.

Review of the first show of the tour at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California), diversity's Chris Willman wrote that Guts “may be the best rock tour we'll see all year.”

Noting that a large portion of the crowd cheered when Rodrigo asked if it was anyone's first concert, Willman wrote, “And to those youngsters we would say: You've just been officially spoiled.” Not many of your future performances will feature world-class talent , who are caught in the preternatural prime of their youth and possess equal gifts in the areas of singing, vocal art, self-disclosure and the fine art of rocking. It’s all downhill from here, kids.”

The concert special is directed by James Merryman and produced by Blink, Inc. in association with Lighthouse Management + Media and Interscope Films. Aleen Keshishian is also producing alongside Michelle An, Tom Colbourne, Merryman and Zack Morgenroth. John Janick and Steve Berman are executive producers and Sam Wrench is co-producer.
