Ward Transport sends data breach letters due to a “data security incident”. | Console and partner, PC

On October 2, 2024, Ward Transport & Logistics filed a data breach notice with the Massachusetts Attorney General after discovering that a “data security incident” may have compromised information held by the company. In this notice, Ward Transport states that the incident resulted in an unauthorized party gaining access to consumers' confidential information, including their names, social security numbers, financial information, medical records and driver's license numbers. After completing the investigation, Ward Transport began sending data breach notification letters to all individuals whose data was affected by the recent data security incident.
