Investigation

Menomonee Falls Police said:

“We would like to thank the public for their patience and support throughout the investigation. Due to the limited information our department provided to the public, we felt it was important to explain why. “We learned very early on from our detectives that they would have to limit the information provided to the public in order to prevent the suspects from being made aware of their investigative efforts, which may have compromised the integrity of this investigation.”

Police say the investigation is ongoing and limited information is being provided.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Waukesha County Sheriff's Department, Milwaukee Police Department and Racine Police Department assisted in the investigation.
