Jokic is coming off another sensational year, averaging 26.4 points, 12.4 rebounds, 9.0 assists and 1.4 steals per game while shooting 58.3% from the field and 35.9% shot from three-point range.

The Nuggets were the second seed in the Western Conference with a record of 57-25.

They lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the second round of the 2024 NBA Playoffs.

After five preseason games against the Boston Celtics, Phoenix Suns, Oklahoma City Thunder and Minnesota Timberwolves, the Nuggets will open the regular season with a matchup against the Thunder on October 24 (in Denver).

Jokic is entering his tenth season.
