Caitlin Clark shows love to boyfriend Connor McCaffery after WNBA honor

When it comes to her latest achievement, Caitlin Clark thanks Connor McCaffery for the assistance.

After being honored with the WNBA's Rookie of the Year award, the Indiana Fever player reflected on her first professional season with a sweet nod to her boyfriend.

“Throwback to draft day,” Caitlin, who has been dating Connor since April 2023, wrote in an Oct. 3 Instagram Story along with a photo of the couple hugging. “I’m lucky.”

Connor, for his part, re-shared his girlfriend's sweet message and added another post to his own Instagram Story celebrating Caitlin's milestone.

Caitlin's first season in the WNBA was a success, averaging 19 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists per game. And the jury knew it – the 22-year-old received 66 of the 67 first place votes from the writers and broadcasters who decided the success (Chicago Sky players). Angel Reese received a first-place nomination, according to NBC News.

But despite her own success, Caitlin continued to shower Connor with his own achievements during her rookie season.
