Michael Moore warns that this move could cost Kamala Harris the election

On the same day that Vice President Kamala Harris campaigns in Flint, Michigan, Michael Moore warns of a fatal “mistake that could be made in the last four to five weeks leading up to Election Day.”

“When Harris is ordered by her wealthy backers to shun the left and abandon her more progressive positions in favor of a 'move to the center,'” Moore, who grew up in the Midwestern city's suburbs, shot to fame in his first documentary Roger and me (but has since moved away), writes in a new Substack post that it could “reduce or depress the vote.” The Fahrenheit 9/11 Director who also expresses his political views The Michael Moore PodcastHe has been a frequent critic of Donald Trump and overall believes things are looking good for Harris.

“Now if you know how to actually read the polls, or if you have access to the various private and internal polls that are conducted and shared only by the elite, Wall Street and members of Congress, then you already know that “The The election was weeks ago,” he also writes and assumes that Harris is the winner in several election scenarios. That said, “It's never wise to do a victory dance on the two-yard line when Trump is your opponent.” So Harris will have to walk a fine line to see one of his successful scenarios become a reality.

“Biden’s continued funding and arming of the Netanyahu regime has already depressed the vote in Michigan,” Moore explains. So if Harris were to pivot to the middle, she could cause a stir. However, if she stands firm, Moore has promising predictions for the vice presidency. “The vast majority of the country, ordinary people, have seen enough and want the clown car to disappear into the MAGA vortex somewhere between reality and Orlando,” he writes.

What “is being told to me privately by people I respect—and not just in whispers, but in excited, exuberant tones,” Moore writes, is that “a new era is being born, one in which Caucasian is just one of the options , but.” no longer the bossy pants of the world.”

But complacency over a Harris victory could be just as dangerous, he argues. “A total of today's top polls shows Harris defeating Trump 270 to 268 in the Electoral College count, but I think we need more,” he writes. “We have to make sure Trump loses in a landslide.”
