Montague was arrested on a warrant for communications intimidation

Plymouth Police officers were notified by the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center on Thursday, October 3, of an LPR (License Plate Recognition) raid on an individual wanted on an active warrant^rd, shortly after noon.

Officer Witkowski located the vehicle on North Michigan Road, north of Veterans Parkway, and initiated a traffic stop.

Jimmy R. Montague Jr., 56, of Debra Lane in Plymouth, was arrested without incident. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a warrant charging him with criminal coercion and communications intimidation and racketeering/extortion.
