The Bears recover from a 19-0 deficit but lose 35-34 to Calaveras | due to a blocked extra point sport

The Summerville Bears were scoreless, down and nearly eliminated after one half of play, 37 miles from home, losing 19-0 on the road to the Calaveras Red Hawks in raucous San Andreas.

Then they raged almost all the way back, scoring consecutive unanswered touchdowns, recovering consecutive onside kicks and ultimately falling 35-34 in the final moments after Calaveras blocked the Bears' final attempt at an extra point.
