Leaked specifications of the Realme GT Neo7 reveal interesting chipset choices

Realme launched the GT Neo6 back in May and is already working on its successor. According to a tipster on Weibo, the GT Neo7's launch schedule has reportedly been accelerated.

The GT Neo7 is rumored to come with a “1.5K” flat panel “gaming” screen, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 leading version (which AnTuTu has dominated for a while), a large battery and support for fast 100W wired charging should be equipped.

It's unclear what is meant by a “gaming screen” – perhaps a 144Hz refresh rate? But this device could well be aimed at gamers, especially by using the higher binned version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

The Realme GT Neo7 is due to launch before the end of the year and will be very aggressively priced compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 devices coming soon, all of which will have to pay the price of using the latest and greatest devices.
