Jessica Alba praised Kamala Harris' “super creepy” video

Jessica Alba was criticized by fans for posting an embarrassing video of Kamala Harris talking to her about the power of Latino small businesses – while standing next to her in a matching pants suit and looking uncomfortable.

Many of Alba's 20.6 million Instagram followers criticized the post, which garnered over 12,000 comments, as “super creepy,” a “train wreck” and a “desperate move.”

“I'm so sorry, Jessica has lost her mind,” one person wrote about the actress, who has a net worth of $100 million.

Users also made fun of the fact that Jessica Alba and Kamala Harris both wore similar pantsuits, with one commenter asking, “Did they get their matching pantsuits at JC Penny?” Instagram @jessicaalba

“Cringe doesn't even begin to convey how embarrassing this is,” another added.

“I thought this was an SNL skit,” another joked about the clip, which was shared on Harris' Instagram page.

In the video, Harris – who has 18.5 million Instagram followers – begins by saying, “First of all, Latina small businesses are the fastest growing in the country,” to which Alba replies, “Yes, they are,” and snaps along your fingers in the air.

“But that also means that we don’t lack people who have ambition and desires and dreams and a great idea and work ethic,” the presidential candidate continues, and Alba just shakes her head in agreement. “But not everyone has access to the capital.”

Alba replies: “So true.”

Others pointed out that Alba, 43, looked “uncomfortable.”

“This is so desperate and Jessica Alba standing there lost isn't helping,” one commenter noted.

Some said they would not only unfollow Alba, a California-born of Mexican descent, but would also no longer support her baby and beauty company, Honest Co.

Some said Alba didn't feel comfortable during Harris' monologue – making comments like, “I'm sorry your management put you up to this” and “Your face speaks for itself.” Instagram @jessicaalba

“I've been following you for years but finally stopped being followed. Enjoy your paycheck,” one said.

“Never buy Honest products again because you support this woman and the damage she has done to our country,” said another.

Harris was criticized in some comments for not detailing her plan to help small businesses.

“She says again she will help small businesses but hasn’t explained how,” one said.

“How do you get small business funding or capital? How?” asked another.

“So she's talking to a millionaire actress and not a real Latina small business owner who started from scratch,” another added.

The vice president, a California native with Jamaican and Native American heritage, was also roasted for her monologue about Latina women.

“Is she Latina now,” one joked, while another added: “Soon she'll be Japanese.”

Some also noted another of Harris' ever-changing accents.

“That’s when she changes her voice to have a fake accent. “Stop it, Scamala,” one said.

Instagrammers also made fun of her clothes, commenting like, “Did they get their matching pantsuits at JC Penny?”
