A 9-year-old boy is among 120 people accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault and abuse in upcoming trials, a lawyer for the accuser says.

Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference on Tuesday, October 1, in which he accused Combs of sexually abusing multiple minors.

Buzbee claimed a 9-year-old boy was sexually abused after auditioning at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City.

“Other guys were there to audition too,” Buzbee claimed. “Everyone was trying to get a record deal. All were minors. This individual [the 9-year-old] was allegedly sexually abused by Sean Combs and several other people in the studio when they promised his parents and himself that they would get a record deal.”

On Tuesday, Buzbee said his law firm, along with AVA Law Group, had been retained by at least 120 people to file civil lawsuits against Combs. Twenty-five of the alleged victims were minors, Buzbee said.

According to NBC News, Buzbee plans to file the lawsuits in various states over the next 30 days.

The alleged victims said they were abused at Diddy's parties, including album release and New Year's Eve parties, as well as at “all-white parties,” “puppy parties” and sometimes at castings – which were allegedly held in Los Angeles, Miami, Manhattan and other cities took place in the Hamptons – between 1991 and 2024.

Buzbee claimed many of the alleged victims were drug tested after the incident and the drug xylazine, a horse tranquilizer called “Tranq,” was found in their organs.

Combs' attorney, Erica Wolff, wrote in a statement to PEOPLE: “As Mr. Combs' legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every unfounded allegation in what has become a ruthless media circus. However, Mr. Combs strongly and categorically denies this. “Any allegation that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, is false and defamatory. He looks forward to proving his innocence and justifying himself in court, where the truth will be determined based on evidence and not speculation.

The abuse allegations come after Combs, 54, was charged in September with federal conspiracy to commit racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution.

Federal authorities allege that Combs “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others and led a conspiracy to commit human trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, and other crimes,” according to a U.S. press release the Attorney General's Office, Southern District of New York.

He pleaded not guilty but was refused bail twice.
