Tennessee's full travel schedule and pregame injury reports for the SEC matchup at Arkansas

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – After an open appointment, Tennessee is back in action Saturday night and on the road in SEC play with a matchup against Arkansas here at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. After this game, the fourth-place Vols only have two SEC road games remaining – at Georgia and at Vanderbilt in November – so this was the last look at the full travel list for at least a month. Teams can bring 74 players for away conference games, and who travels and who doesn't, especially for freshmen, can sometimes reveal where some players stand and what the coaching staff is planning on redshirts and roster management.

Tennessee's pregame availability report revealed nothing new, as only four players were excluded: defensive backs Jourdan Thomas, John Slaughter And Montreal Bandy and freshman linebacker Edwin Spillman. Thomas is out for the season after suffering a knee injury in preseason, Slaughter is out for a second straight game and Spillman and Bandy are new additions Oklahoma game, despite Spillman missing the first two games of the season. After an open week, the Vols had no changes to make from their initial availability report released Wednesday night.

Unless there is a move, Tennessee will start at left tackle Lance Heard back after two games.

Reserve offensive lineman Shamurad Umarov was not on the injury report this week after missing the Oklahoma game for two weeks, but he did not travel to Fayetteville and will miss a second straight game after suffering an injury against Kent State.
