One dead after a car crash in Anderson County

One person has died in a car accident in Anderson County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. According to police, a 1941 Chevrolet Deluxe with three passengers was traveling eastbound on Highway 76 at Williams Street on Saturday afternoon. They say the car went off the right side of the road and rolled over. According to police, the driver was not injured, the passenger was injured and taken to the hospital, and the third person in the car died at the scene. The coroner has identified the deceased as 55-year-old Susan Fant. They also say Fant was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the car.
