Juventus needs to revamp its defense after Gleison Bremer's injury, but Dusan Vlahovic and Teun Koopmeiners will start against Cagliari.

Kick-off takes place at 11.30am UK time (10.30am GMT) at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin.

You can follow all the action from today's five Serie A games in the live blog.

The Bianconeri have not conceded a single goal in Serie A this season, but ended their run of three straight 0-0 draws with a 3-0 win against Genoa.

Especially during the week, they fought back from a 2-1 deficit with 10 men and won 3-2 away at RB Leipzig in the Champions League.

Bremer suffered a serious injury in that game and will be out for six months, while Nico Gonzalez, Arkadiusz Milik and Tim Weah are also on the treatment table.

Options are therefore limited for Thiago Motta, who regroups the defense with Pierre Kalulu and Federico Gatti, while Francisco Conceicao starts after his winning goal in Leipzig.

It is noteworthy that Khephren Thuram and young player Samuel Mbangula are more likely to be in the starting eleven than Douglas Luiz or Kenan Yildiz.

Cagliari got their first win of the season with a 3-2 win over Parma, but many players are still out of action.

These include Leonardo Pavoletti, Gianluca Lapadula, Jakub Jankto and Mateusz Wieteska.

Strangely, Tommaso Augello appears to be in a more advanced role while Zito Luvumbo sits on the bench.
