Johnson County man killed in crash on county road

JOHNSON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Arkansas – A man died after driving off the road on October 3, according to Arkansas State Police (ASP).

ASP reports that Phillip Porter, 58, of Hartman, was driving a 2001 Honda Civic south on County Road 2243 around 11 a.m. when his car left the side of the road and struck a tree.

There were no other vehicles or people associated with the accident, but 5NEWS will update this story as more information becomes available.
