A Murfreesboro man is wanted after he allegedly killed a passenger while driving over 100 miles per hour on I-24

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Metro Nashville Police are searching for a Murfreesboro man who was allegedly involved in a fatal accident in April.

According to police, 25-year-old Daniel Lorenzo Tyler is seeking an arrest warrant for manslaughter and reckless endangerment after an accident that killed his rear passenger on April 28.

The MNPD investigation revealed that Tyler was allegedly driving his Dodge Charger over 100 miles per hour on Interstate 24 East near Harding Place when he lost control and crashed into a rock wall.

The passenger, 22-year-old Keijhan Roby, died at the scene of the accident. Tyler was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for his injuries – the front seat passenger was uninjured.

“Anyone with information about Tyler’s whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463,” MNPD said.
