“Nobody wants that” Justine Lupe describes her poop incident on set in detail

Justine Lupe opens up about a less than ideal situation she found herself in on set!

The Nobody wants that The 35-year-old star opened up about an embarrassing moment she once experienced on set that caused production to pause during a joint interview with co-stars Timothy Simons and Jackie Tohn.

“I was on set. I had to take a 10-2, which meant going to the bathroom, number two,” she recalled hustle and bustle in a TikTok video posted by the outlet.

While using the facilities, Lupe said she was interrupted when production “knocked on my door” and “I instinctively, like a reflex, stood up, then brushed myself off and realized a piece of feces had fallen into my dress. “

Amid laughter, the actress tried to continue her story while Tohn hilariously tried to crawl behind Simons after her confession.

“I put the dress on without knowing it was in there and smeared feces all over my back,” Lupe added. “While I was filming a show and then they had to wash the dress while everyone was waiting.”

The Consequence alum later reposted the video on her Instagram account with an apologetic caption to the streamer, writing, “I lost it. Sorry @netflix.”

In addition to “Lupe, Simons and Tohn”, Netflix’s latest romantic comedy, Nobody wants thatStarring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody. The show consists of 10 episodes and follows sex podcaster Joanne (Bell) and newly single rabbi Noah (Brody) as they fall in love. It was inspired by creator and producer Erin Foster's true love story.

Lupe plays Joanne's sister and fellow podcaster Morgan in the series, while Simons and Tohn play married couple Esther and Sasha Roklov.

“It’s a modern romantic comedy,” Bell, 44, told PEOPLE about the show earlier this month. “I love that the characters look 38 and that it explores everything from the dangers of dating apps to what it actually means for people of different backgrounds and different outlooks on life to have those differences in the name of love to bridge. It is a adult Romantic comedy.”

The good place alum also shared how the script drew her into the project after a break from acting.

“I just go with my gut,” she explained. “If it seems funny enough and would be fun to shoot, then it’s like, let’s do it!”

Bell added that she doesn't “work outside of LA” to be there for her daughters Delta and Lincoln and husband Dax Shepard. She also makes sure she stays busy during the day so she can be there for the girls when she's not working.

“The aftershocks are hitting too many people, so I can’t do that. My husband works here, my children go to school here. It's not an option for me to leave them behind, and it's not an option for me to take them with me without the aftershocks.” “It's incredibly disturbing,” she explained.

“I've been practicing saying no for the last few years and it's very hard, but I have to remind myself that time is the only non-renewable resource I have,” she said.
