Two teenagers arrested for robbery and weapons offenses

Investigators obtained a search warrant for the property where the teens were located. The search warrant was executed in the early evening hours of September 25th. As a result of the search warrant, a third 9mm Ghost pistol and a 9mm Mac 10 submachine gun were found in the suspect's bedroom. The investigators also found a single-shot 410 rifle in an outbuilding on the property. All three firearms as well as the two handguns in the backpack were seized by the investigators.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with Robbery 1st completion (crime); two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony); five counts of possession, purchase, possession or control of a deadly weapon by person under 18 years of age (felony); two counts of carrying a concealed deadly weapon, a firearm (felony); one count of possession of a destructive weapon (machine gun) (felony); three counts of possession of an unlocated firearm (felony); one count of conspiracy 2nd Degree (felony) and violation of release.

The 17-year-old youth had to appear before the Peace Court 7. The juvenile was booked into the Delaware Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services: Stevenson House Detention Center on $175,000 bond. He was ordered not to have contact with the co-defendant and the victim. He was ordered to appear in Sussex County Family Court at a later date in the case.

A 15-year-old male juvenile was charged with Robbery 1st completion (crime); two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony); two counts of possession, purchase, possession or control of a deadly weapon by person under 18 years of age (felony); one count of possession, purchase, possession or control of ammunition by persons under 18 years of age (felony); two counts of carrying a concealed deadly weapon, a firearm (felony); two counts of possession of an unlocated firearm (felony) and one count of conspiracy 2nd Conclusion (crime).

The 15-year-old youth had to appear before the Peace Court 7. The juvenile was released to the Delaware Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services: Stevenson House Detention Center for failure to post $68,000 bail. He was ordered not to have contact with the co-defendant and the victim. He was ordered to appear in Sussex County Family Court at a later date in the case.
