Man Arrested With Drugs, Stolen Car – Davie County Enterprise Record

A Hamptonville man was arrested here on Sept. 29 after Davie sheriff's deputies conducted a traffic stop on the stolen car he was driving.

And a loaded syringe for illegal drug use was clearly visible in the front seat, Chief Deputy Brian Jacobs said. He also didn't have a valid driver's license.

It was just before midnight when the officers pulled over. The Honda Civil was reported stolen out of Yadkin County.

Arkeizio Deandre Jeshawn Gary, 23, was charged with possession of a vehicle, driving while license suspended, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in lieu of $7,500 bail pending his initial hearing in Davie District Court on Oct. 10.
