Police say the victim, Martinez Ursery Jr., told Webb that a rifle was loaded with a round in the chamber just before Webb pulled the trigger and shot his cousin in the head.

The fatal shooting occurred in the 9400 block of Auburn Drive just after 3 p.m.

A detective wrote that during a search of Webb's phone, police found photos and videos of Webb posing with guns that were taken after the fatal shooting.

He was booked into the St. Louis County Jail Monday on $225,000 bail.
