4 are taken to the hospital after Euclid police chase ends in accident

CLEVELAND – 3News has confirmed that four people, including three teenagers, were taken to the hospital after a Euclid police chase ended in a crash in Cleveland's Glenville neighborhood.

The accident occurred near the intersection of East 105th Street and St. Clair Avenue. Cleveland EMS officials say a 14-year-old girl was transported to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in critical condition, while a 56-year-old woman and two 15-year-old boys were transported to the same hospital in serious condition.

Exact details of the pursuit and crash are unknown at this time, but witnesses tell 3News that a vehicle was traveling at least 80 miles per hour. Two cars – both Kias – and a Euclid police car were badly damaged near a bus stop.
